Postgraduate Programs In Legal Business Management – Application For Enrolment
Introduction
To complete this application, you will need to know the program and subjects in which you wish to enrol.
USI (Unique Student Identifier)
If you are an Australian citizen or eligible permanent resident who wants to pay tuition fees with FEE-HELP, you will require a USI (Unique Student Identifier) which must be included on the eCAF (electronic Commonwealth Assistance Form). The USI can be obtained via this link.

This will appear on your Commonwealth Assistance Notice (CAN) which must be sent by your provider after the census date applicable to your enrolment.
Note:
- If you are an overseas student and not eligible for FEE-HELP, you are not required to provide a USI.
- Eligible permanent residents are either Humanitarian visa holders or other permanent residents with a letter from an Australian legal profession admitting agency advising they need to undertake practical legal training to be admitted as a lawyer.
Application
To submit an application online, you will need a copy of your Academic Transcript or Graduation Certificate, if applicable, and all supporting documents, to upload:
The College will accept a colour, certified copy of your Testamur or Academic Transcript confirming completion of your law degree or equivalent, or a letter from the dean of your law school certifying that all the requirements for the degree have been met.

- Certification of a change of name (if applicable)
- If you are not an Australian citizen, evidence of your status

Conditions Of Enrolment
- Agree to supply the College of Law with an original or certified copy of testamur or academic transcript evidencing prior qualifications in order to graduate from the MLB course, where applicable.
- Agree to supply the College of Law with evidence of your work experience and documents to support your enrolment, where required.
- Agree to comply with The College of Law’s Rules and Program requirements available in the MLB Program Manual.
- Authorise The College of Law to obtain relevant information from the institution where you obtained your degree.
- Undertake to advise The College of Law if you change your address or contact details.
- Acknowledge the Withdrawal, Refund and Transfer and Fee Policies, including the Incidental Administrative penalties for transfer or early withdrawal available.
- Acknowledge The College of Law’s reporting responsibilities under the Education Services for Overseas Student ACT 2000 and the Higher Education Support Act 2003.
- Recognise that The College of Law will require certification indicating English proficiency for overseas students.
- Authorise The College of Law, under the Privacy Act 1998, to utilise and disclose personal details for official use only which may include reports to Supreme Court admission agencies, other statutory bodies and research on behalf of the College of Law.
- Agree to receive all notices and correspondence, including Commonwealth Assistance Notices electronically.
